We  get it. No one hits the bullseye with every single shot they take. Our goal? To make sure you feel fashionable and downright fabulous with every piece you purchase from the pink boutique.

Don't love it? Don't keep it!

Locals:

Return your purchase (regular price items, unwashed, unworn, tags attached) in person to the store (located at 20 King Street) within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

PLEASE NOTE - All sale items are a final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.

All intimates (tights, bodysuits, headbands, earrings, bath/body products, etc) are also a final sale. There are no returns or exchanges on these items.

Not local? Not a problem!

Ship your purchase* back within 14 days of receipt and we'll put a credit on file for your next order! Make sure to let us know it's coming back so we can keep an eye on the mailbox!

(*Customer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping.)

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and we're happy to offer $16 flat rate shipping on all orders sent within Canada and $20 flat rate shipping on those sent to the USA and internationally! Wahoo! 

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees, the customer is responsible for paying any and all of these fees.

We process orders to ship within 2-3 business days (approximately); keep an eye on your email for your tracking number and be ready to love your new items when they arrive!

We also offer no charge pick up within the Saint John area.

*Please note that once packages are dropped off at the post office we cannot guarantee delivery times.
